You tards are outsmarting yourself again. The republicans are going to take the house and be pointing out crime after crime of the Bidens. At the same time you either will or will be trying to prosecute Trump (and when are you not?) So you will have Trump in the doj crosshairs and arguing that no man is above the law. Meanwhile crime after crime of the bidens will continue to be exposed.
Biden “crime after crime” sounds like a Cindi Lauper song. We’ll just add this Horowitz, Durham, uranium one, and Yellen countdown.
Barr is a lowdown and dirty but as stated no one is lower than Donald Trump and this is why everyone who has any business with Trump ends up on the outs with him. Bill Barr, y’all. Soon to be called a “democrat”…
Yes, and the FBI does too. Did I move that fellow out, or did they? He says he resigned voluntarily - as they all do- but just coincidently he did so right after they notified him of action against him.
What is missing for you is that you think it is all about crimes. It is not. It is about who gets prosecuted and who gets the scorched earth raid. Crime may have committed some crimes, I don't know. As I said. We will see at trial. We know that Hillary committed crimes. Comey even said so. But as I said, it is not about crimes, it is about which ones get pursued by the DOJ and which ones get set aside. Comey said she committed crimes, which she did. Then he went on to say - in effect- that no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute Hillary Clinton, then case closed. Also any republican prosecuted for anything in DC, real or imagined will be found guilty. If not, the DOJ will keep looking. Any democrat prosecuted in DC will either not be prosecuted, will be found not guilty, or if it gets really bad they might be on unsupervised probation for a couple years.
You are making up things in your mind. Comey said the state department was careless in their policies of protecting classified information and Hillary should have known better because she knew other, if not all, used security protected servers. However, he was very clear there was no evidence she committed a crime. Those are the untwisted cold water facts. Comey fault was he was a weakling to republican pressure and extended an investigation beyond what it called for.
From Comey's statement: "Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case." Just as I said. There was evidence of violations but none that he wanted to look at given who was involved and that in his opinion no reasonable prosecutor would bring charges against Hillary Clinton. But attach those same circumstances to Trump, say for example if he were running an unsecured server with government communications on it, and willfully destroyed evidence with a couple days of receiving a congressional order to preserve, (as Hillary did), then Trump would be toast and would be getting all the attention he recently got. We know your party affiliation and desire to earn your extra potato requires you to spin the party line, but let's not be naive here. Who you are depends on how much the FBI looks at you and whether certain circumstances are a crime. The public sees this now about the FBI. They smartened up plenty after the faux Russia, Russia, Russia scam. Yep. Comey reported to Loretta Lynch the Attorney General of the United States. Bill Clinton is the former President of the United States. His wife is Hillary Clinton, the subject of the FBI investigation by Comey et al. The aforementioned Bill Clinton met with the aforementioned Loretta Lynch, head of the DOJ, in a secret meeting on the tarmac in Arizona two days before Comey decided not to prosecute Hillary. Subsequently, Attorney General Lynch reported: "We talked about our grandchildren."
