Panama is on serious lockdown now so that might limit your movement down there moving forward. People are only allowed out for 2 hours at a time.
Get used to the government boot on your throats, all to save people, most of whom are on their death beds to begin with. We're witnessing the best example ever of the cure being worse than the "perceived" problem. Media has done an excellent job of convincing people to be terrified of catching a fucking cold, and the wanna be tyrants in government are only too happy to take advantage of the hysteria. https://wgntv.com/news/los-angeles-...S6E2ER11nHMO0uu2pOjGdLUCb9W6UMUAKQXLSiYD0ajXM
Just popped up yesterday or the day before, if you are staying out by Amador/Causeway you might not have noticed but they are restricting people for 2 hours out based on their cedula (ID) number. I first laughed because there are never any police out to monitor this but they may now be checking.
Going to pay the pro-rate and come into the marina early. There are patrol boats out but they generally come around about once a week and say hello anyway. The marina is gated with a small shop and the slip about 20 feet away from the shop door. Need something to do, I got bored pretty quickly on the river once I ran out of projects. I don't think there is unemployment compensation here. If these people lose their jobs they are screwed.
Uhm nice boat. I'm more of the laundry hanging on the rail, a dozen fuel cans on the deck and the entire back half of the boat covered in a tarp type.
So... $3400 for a family of four. And it does not have to be paid back or will they claw it back with rates over the next few years? I'm not going to get this check based on 2018. Figures.
