The fact of the matter is, the prosposals the Obama, Pelosi and Reid support are so far out of the mainstream that even their own party is against it. The republicans are playing this one perfectly. Just stay the hell out of the way and watch this train wreck from a distance. They managed to pull Snowe for the committee vote, but you notice she jumped ship as soon as possible. It boils down to two words: "Poor Leadership".
