as title, how much delta do i need to hedge 500 delta future? how much .10 delta option equal to future delta?
Every future is different and sometimes the option has a different multiplier. If they are the same, 10 options at .10 delta would be 1 future. 10*.10=1
so is there a possible way to hedge future? maybe 1 gold future /GC for 100 delta, against option on Australian dollar future /6A, how much delta do i need to hedge /GC to 1:1 ratio ?
