The CEO had the corporation short lots of DELL puts trying to boost corporate earnings during the dotcom bubble and it ended up costing the company billions when the puts went deep in the money and Dell was forced to buy overpriced stock. This is why I think buying technology stocks in general are poor investments. Too much hankypanky.
