Dell Ultrasharp U2713HM - Vertical Blue Line

  2. Dell delivered what seems to be a new monitor, full factory packaging, manufacture date early July (3 months ago, whereas my original was a month out of the factory).

    Still, it could just be that they have built up inventory, because the chap who delivered it would not take the refurbished unit back - he said a different team handles that.

    No word from them on collecting the old unit, no joy calling support, so I'll probably shoot them an email over the weekend.

    All said, hassles with telephone contact aside, I cannot say I am displeased with the outcome so I'm happy to remain a Dell customer.
