Word is microsoft might be interested. They are not sure what 3par actually does but the CEO is thinking that if there is so much bidding on 3par then maybe they should get in on the bidding. Someone mentioned cloud computing and balmier wants to own cloud computing.

 

To tell you how ridiculous this has gotten, the BOD initially agreed to accept $18/sh. Tells you where they valued the company.

 

3par is accepting all the bid anyway as long as its higher. they should bring in all the tech giants to bid...
