try getting back your rebate money..thats the biggest scam going..everyone i talk to says the same thing;dell never sent them their rebate money..me included. i wonder how much revenue is reported that is actually derived from rebate money never sent back to the consumer.
Got my rebate money after some 11 months and then only after repeated contacts to Dell demanding it. Will never again buy Dell if it's a mail-in rebate deal, otherwise been pretty happy with the computer and the service. They'd be probably better off without the help line outsourcing to India. Cutting costs ended up costing them much more. Good riddance with Rollins. The company strayed from its core values under his guidance.
