I have an existing Dell set up and I got a new additional Dell pc, keyboard and panel monitor a few weeks ago. Dell have agreed to take the whole package back because it was faulty and give me a full refund. Why is Dell turning into crap? What pc manufacturer is best recommended? I will appreciate all replies and comments.
