I bought a set of Torx's at Lowe's to remove some screws on one of my monitors...I have no idea if there's a standard size.
I want to get two Dell 30" LCD's So with what video card can I run two monitors at 2560x1600, just for charting I read the geforce 8800 GT could handle this? Thanks
Haven't heard of anybody running 2 of those.... might need 4 video cards and a mobo with 4x PCIEx16 slots. Available, but not common. If you have the space, you could probably run 4, 24", 1920x1200 monitors for a lot less $$$.
I have 4 HP 24" that rotates this is the best thing I did, get a video card that will flip the screen you can open up your chats and get a bettet picture of what is happining in the markets
6 months ago I got an Acer 22" at Best Buy for like...$200, and a nice DVI card. On the way home, I found a 15"Samsung on the side of the road for free. Got home, hooked both up, put the DOM and Trading platform on the Samsung, Charts on the Acer. Perfect!
the video cards that rotate are ATI RADEON http://www.amd.com/us-en/ I got mine at best buy, you may do better on line Trust me on this, I could not trade on a regular screen now that I have traded on a vertical monitor.
