  1. Do you care about its Emissions Standard is only TCO '95? Will TCO '03 make a difference?

    Emissions not a safety issue with LCDs. TCO '95, is fine from that standpoint.

  3. For those who recomment this one, How much is the resolution you use for this monitor? Do you feel it's too big that you have to turn your head to view the entire screen?

  4. At its native 1600 x 1200 resolution.

    This is why quality 21"+ LCD monitors like the Samsung Syncmaster 213T are great - you can truly maximize the real estate. The screens are large enough, that 1600 x 1200 items are an easy-on-the-eye size, whereas, 1600 x 1200 images on 18" to 20" monitors may appear too small for some users.

    If you're at the recommended 20" to 28" from the screen, you shouldn't have to do any side to side head-turning.

    Check out the 21" LCDs at a local electronics / computer store to see the difference for yourself.
