it's the only adult movie business that was listed in the Nasdaq and reveunes was mostly in Europe market.. in 2000 when stocks were hot.. well 99% of the stocks in the OTC is for money laundering and tax purposes only. you know what i'm saying! I'm guessing that the whole purpose this company was listed in the Nasdaq was for evading taxes by the owner or majority shareholder Bert Milton jr. as the owner was being chased by Swedish tax authorities for tax evasion via his private company and fined for 100 million Kronos tax bill in 2009 As for the 'delisting' I see more corrupt and worthless stocks listed in the OTC and the SEC doesn't give a dam and the stock still trades. what gives.. the company can send a 'fake' SEC qauterly report and the SEC would relist it. as the SEC doesn't audit quarterly reports. anyone can send the Qaurther REport to the SEC. the stock is listed I the lowest exchange known as pinksheets..where strocks trade for as low as .0002/share. it was 'diversify' portfolio stock.
those were 'obvious' frauds and fools fall for it. the biggest fraud are the Madoff Ponzi schemes and the current bitcoins and the sub prime ones and billion dollar blue chip frauds. that is where the big profits. wolf on wall street is for 'entertainment' only. the guy made his money by laundering money in wall street. it's not reality.
I see you came to your senses and deleted that last post... or the mods did it for you. But too late for me to notice your bad behavior. Anyway, this is what you wrote in the first post: "I don't think I will ever invest in stocks again. I'll close my brokerage account and fuck the wall street thieves. They won't even put a press release saying the status of shares and want me to close the shares. and sell it to them for free. that is the scam. God Dam wall street thieves!". So who exactly are those wall street thieves you feel scammed you? The ones that sold you the penny stocks in the pinksheets section? Or the ones that talked you into buying it? Or the guys sending you the newsletter saying it's an amazing opportunity? Again, pinksheets mate... that's the dumpster section of the markets... stocks end up there for a reason. If you decided to trade or invest in stocks on there, then you and you alone is taking the risk of losing all. And that risk is pretty high... so instead of running around blaming others, you should look at your own decision making process.
