    In 1962 the average net worth was 3.8x income......In 1989, the average was 7.3x, and in 2004, 10.4x......

    The key of course is credit usage and availability, levered by home valuation....by excessively low rates....

    It is highly likely that a lower single digit number will become the norm.....
