Recent new anti-black racist posts on the forum are over the line. Please no more of that, it's inappropriate for a trading forum.

    Racism is UGLY.

I've had many black friends, bandmates and bosses I value highly and it's disappointing to see racist comments here.

The terms racist or racism have lost a lot of meaning lately, having been overused against people who are not, or who do not consider themselves racist.

So, please give two or three examples of what meets your definition.

    Meanwhile, something to ponder:

I have a different opinion that can be easily fact checked...

The term racist or racism has been becoming more of an issue the past 4 years. Thus, its meaning has been growing to the point that there's more civil unrest.

Thus, I wouldn't be concerned about people that do not consider themselves to be racists. I would be concern about those that do consider themselves to be bigots, misogynists, racists and then think they will not be held accountable.

Franklin Templeton fired Amy Cooper after they reviewed all facts including her social media history. By the way, she doesn't consider herself a racist and dangerous to another ethnicity via heightening her voice and faking her distress to 911 in hopes that police will arrive with a false picture of that black man.

The issue is this, she does not realize she's another Karen that truly does not understand. This is why I don't believe that the term racism has lost its meaning...

In contrast, there's now a better understanding and less tolerance of the word racist (actions of a racist) especially with its understanding growing on social media and the new wave of video recordings.

Ok, define the better understanding. It should be easy because it's better understood now.

I don't need to define it considering it has many meanings depending upon your demographics. My mother is blond, green eyes and French...my father is Lakota.

Racism to me will be different to a black person, different to a white person, different to a chinese person, different to an indigenous person and so on.

If you need a definition, I highly suggest you look it up on Google.

In contrast, I will suggest you look at a video of racism because no words, sentence will role it up nicely for you. Instead, here's a funny racist vine compilation that can explain it to you with some humour.

Ken - Soon someone is going to want you to change your name -

John Caldwell Calhoun (/kælˈhuːn/;[1] March 18, 1782 – March 31, 1850) was an American statesman and political theorist from South Carolina who served in many important positions including as the seventh vice president of the United States from 1825 to 1832. He is remembered for strongly defending slavery and for advancing the concept of minority states' rights in politics. He did this in the context of protecting the interests of the white South when its residents were outnumbered by Northerners.

Oh ok. If you can't explain it here's some more humor to ponder.
