You are splitting hairs. I have preserved the meaning of the text: Adam was split in two. It doesn't matter whether it was by a hack saw or rib surgery. At least we agree that sacrifice was the problem... Yeshua had to sacrifice himself per Gods words in Genesis.. For by Grace are you saved (brought into right relationship with God) not of Works (sacrifice) lest any man should boast...
