It was proven in the U.S. Supreme Court case. It was proven in the discovery information obtained by the plaintiffs. This is why all the universities had to change their policies (even though some are being sued again because they failed to do what they said they would do). Of course, black admission rates went down after the DEI admissions ruling and Asian admissions went up. How do you explain this except for the admission changes due to the DEI ruling?
My God...you cant be this dense. the district Court and appellate court ruled no sufficient facts proven that a plaintiff was denied due to race. GO READ IT. That js why the plaintiffs appealed 2x and went to.SC SC instead made a political decision to address use of race in admissions. There was no factual evidence that les.SC to detemine plaintiffs were discriminated against. They decided the general issue of using race and ignored school evidence that race was not a singular defining factor. Just say ypu don't know.

This is a fact outlined in the discovery documents from the universities. The Supreme Court stated that race could not be used as a factor in admissions -- thus the universities had to change their admission policies. Since you have a reputation for posting false statements please cite the data of different admission rates at a specific school. Also 2023.was the first year so show me how 1 year of data supports this co conclusion. How manu Black and Asian applicants in each year to see if there was truly a decline.
Just say you don't know.... race was allowed to be used...SC overturned a prior.SC case. There was no factual evidence that the plaintiffs were denied based on their race. Same with R v Wade. SC just waited for a court case to overturn a precedent the conservative court didn't agree with. Again lowr courts stated no evidence was presented to prove plaintiffs were.denied admission becaise of their race. Are you smarter than the courts in their factual findings?
