Greenspan made his famous speech regarding "Irrational Exuberance" in December 1996. Nasdaq reached its peak in March 2000. Does this mean that we shall have at least three more years of deflation? Come on. Look at the medical/health care costs, prices of gasoline, heating oils, housing bubble, etc. How can we have deflation? Average salary of an american is a different story.
