Yep now is a good time to exit unless you believe in miracles and the collective intelligence of trolls. Personally I don't know what US regulations say given the guy has been promoting his own position quite heavily, though. Is he required to make any disclosures or can he just dump it?

Total hindsight,but kicking out the APR 470 calls at 150-170 would have made life alot less sressful..
