  3. While jack is digging i thought i would post a few examples of the F band EE's i found in jack's past charts.F band EE's come into play soon after we have the C band created with the T2P and T2F.Let's start with the Fa.Need P2>P1and HVBO>P1.This Fa triggers on b1 in carryover on 7-16-13. http://screencast.com/t/AGukrRR7s.

Note Bar 12 lands between P2 and T2P but does not trigger Ba. This is because of n+1 test I believe.

  8. Here's Jack's comment on the Fa in the example above. "as the carryover chart showed bar 81 was a T2F. The n+1 test is required once band is established". Which "band" is jack referring to? Answer the C band. From what i can tell each bar after the C band is created is technically another "n+1" until you get a EE. F band EE's trigger above and below the C band pass area and some have extra requirements that need to be met. http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=275733&perpage=6&pagenumber=105

  9. Jack also comments on the Fd on 7-16-13 shown above. "The second T2F was too low (lower than T1 so I had an Fd, LVBO instead)." Though jack annotates the n+1 test bar as P3F its technically another T2F (in this situation its the "first" n+1).Since it "failed" the next bar is the second n+1 test bar and this bar triggers the Fd.I believe the Fd bar is technically the "second" T2F that jack is referring to.
