https://thespectator.info/2020/12/0...-georgia-michigan-wisconsin-and-pennsylvania/ SEVEN states have now joined the Texas lawsuit, arguing that the Equal Protection Clause has been violated in this election from state-to-state. Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina, South Dakota.
And to be clear, the Court rightfully so gave teh 4 states the right to respond to the lawsuit as recommended by process. All those 4 states have to say is: 1. SC just threw out challenge to PA so there is that precedent. Texas does not "trump" the SC. 2.TX has no standing to sue over a result they are not happy with in 4 other states just because they don't like it without any evidence 3. There is NO dispute between texas and those 4 states. SC comes in when there is an actual despute over something between 2 states (i.e. rights on an interstate waterway bordered by 2 states). There is no dispute just because Texas is getting cunty about the election and wants it overturned. SC will tell Texas to go fuck themselves. 4. CA, NY, NJ, VA, and CONN should all sue Texas for being a red state.
they should sue Texas AG Paxton for wanting a Trump pardon (for his other shenanigan) and clearly carrying his water on disenfranchisement efforts. Catch an election interference charge the son of a bitch.
