Dear Jerry Yang, Please stick to your principles and not allow Carl Icahn to take over the very company you created and built. Carl will be throwing everything at you in trying to pressure you to succumb to his wishes. Maybe you could have run the company better but I think you are growing and learning what it takes to be a leader and I firmly believe you have the skills necessary to take the company to the future. This issue with Carl is a political issue if anything and I don't want the board to be replaced by liberal left people or people like Mark Cuban and Carl Icahn that will dictate the agenda for the company.
