That is probably true and I will bet you anything the black turnout is cut by 75%.

The black vote is almost 100% racist and only voted for obama because he is black (1/2 anyway).

Bull.Clinton ,Kerry and Gore all got over 90 % of the black vote just like Obama did.Obama got more blacks to turn out but not nearly 75 % more

 

The black vote in 2004(Kerry ) was 11%.In 2012 (Obama) it was 13 %
