I stopped paying my mortgage and "bailed" myself out.... My loan is FHA kind and the word is they are coming out with some refinancing at 4-percent for 40 years which is infinitely better than my 6% for 35 - even IF they do not forgive any principal! The thing is...I got the cash to pay the loan just that the fucking powers to be would not even pay attention to me then. It is victim hood for me not to pay and maybe get a deal. Otherwise fuck them mail back the key and rent. Now I am off to Honolulu for a week. You have to play their game otherwise they'll use you for a dildo and discard you when useless...
