    you are exactly right DBFX is just a sophisticated bucketshop

    but its still a bucketshop and you'll lose money in it

  9. Is DB FX really a bucketshop compared to say Oanda ? I like Oanda , they are honest in the world of FX dealers (refunded me once on a widening of spread) and I have had some success there, problem is funds protection. So I am looking at DB FX, better spreads than Citi , but if they are thieves, shut down the platform on you, engineer freezes and slowdowns at convenient times, widen spreads by 50 pips and more on news or during fast markets , then they are not for me . I am not a daytrader per se though but can and must be able to get in and out very quickly.
