As most of you are aware, under SEC rules implemented in 2001, accounts under 25k can only do 3 round-trip day trades (buy and sell in the same day) in a 5 day period. I am looking for a remote, straight-forward prop firm/trading group/whatever brokerage that offers daytrading for accounts under 25k, which many traders here are. A difference is that I do not plan on using leverage because of the added risk. Reasonable availability of shares to short is important as well. I'm looking for a 'brokerage' / LLC Partnership much like Harmon Trading Group, but as I'm aware, they are currently no longer seeking new member applications. I appreciate any and all help from fellow traders.
