Daytrading options ??

    Hi Guys

    I am new into trading options. I want to get information regarding is it possible to daytrade option plays? if yes which index markets are the best for this kind of job?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    QQQQ are .05 wide and 1000 up.

    you can also do this with straight stock options, not just indexes. GOOG and others can provide double digit returns intraday. the loss can also be that much though.

    NOV 400 calls low of 2.65 and high of 5.30.

    Thanks.

    However I am kind of confuse as to what is the difference between QQQQ , QQQ, NDX and stuff?

    Can you trade SPX, DIA and RUT as well daytrading them for options?
