Trading the S&P emini and OEX options isn't exactly "diversifying" is it? If it's just that you're looking to trade options, have you looked into trading the options on the index futures instead of dealing with equity market index options?
Maybe not exactly, similar markets, but still different instruments. Trading ES options would be even less of diversification.
