Hey all, I guess its difficult to find a movie about daytrading from old times. I am looking for a series of old movies (3 - 6) that I watched in 2003-2005. It was a piece of interesting material even the way this guy spoke about the trading. (just remember he compared trading to a boxer - that you could get hit but if you don't protect yourself one shot could be a KO) I need them to see how to lead the speech in such a interesting way. The guy - small and a bit fat/ white shirt bold hair, with a confident voice. He was filmed by an amateur camera, each movie about an hour. Thanks for any suggestions
A few years ago a thread started about this subject and we created a wikipedia list to keep track of these http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Trading_films have a look and please add any new trading movies that you find to that list.
I saw one on this thread: http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=225313&highlight=floored+movie Floored -- they interview several people who used to work the pit floor, then goes into how things are changing, and they have to do everything on computer now. I don't remember if it has the scene specifically with the guy comparing it to boxing, but if not it may have some other good comparisons.
