Going back to the OP's trading account - yep, at least half of that will go to her as part of the final Court divorce settlement. She'll petition the Court for funds out of it during the course of proceedings to cover her legal and household expenses in the meantime.

WHY are you having feelings for a woman that you know is not right for you and is only coming back cuz she wants a baby? Did you read @bone's posts? You have to continue to pay child support even when you are making losses or bankrupt? You are going to enjoy that? You need to go out and meet new women!!! There are thousand fish in a sea...go explore!!

@nooby_mcnoob, you need to introduce some women to @jinxu

It doesn't matter if you marry a hot girl vs an average girl. You would think the average girl would be less crazy. My uncle married both type. I would even say the average one was more on the side of ugly then average. But both type were equally crazy.

That's why if I were to marry, I will marry in an Asian country. I would not have to go through all these hassles.

I don't think it's where you married that the law applies to. It's where you filed for divorce I believe.

    Thanks for the clarification.

P.S. Then why the rich men don't file their divorces outside US or EU where they don't have to split their fortunes?
Is there any law in their country prohibiting them from doing this?
