Daytrading & Divorce.....

  1. "Your honour, I would absolutely love to go to trial and show you how deeply I care about these kids but as you can see, it creates a tension between the parents which affects the kids. After <X> years, I would much rather have this done sooner rather than later, especially since <proof> shows that the mother is only doing this to prolong the fight for no benefit to the children. This is in the children's best interests. We all know that divorced children do worse when the parents fight."

You'd be surprised what judges will listen to when presented with proof. I actually had a judge say to both lawyers "I'm not sure why the two parties are fighting," after one such speech. During this speech, I even said "She was my first friend as a child and my best friend, I have no hard feelings towards her."

  2. My favourite way of showing I don't care is big, bear hugs whenever I see her and her family. It drives them NUTS but my ex father in law is absolutely in love with me as a result :)

  3. I give less of a sh*t than that about these people, and lack the motivation to engage in such games.

  4. Yet you'll leave the country and restrict your own freedom of movement? It's definitely a tradeoff, but I'm not sure I could give that up.

If you let that affect you, it affects your trading too.
Best way is just to shower your kid with loads of love and affection. That's what matters most the rest just doesn't anymore. Don't give the undeserving any attention.

Do you still pay child support if you get shared custody? If no, I find shared custody is best; both pays their share of supporting the child as it should be and less chance of money spent on herself and not on the child.

Can you also order an audit of how the child support money is spent on the child(ren) if needs to be? To me, the State should do a better in monitoring how child support is being spent and ensuring that it is spent on the "child". I mean if you ordered one spouse to pay the money then you should make sure it goes to where it should go when the paying spouse is not able to monitor it.

  9. She will fight tooth and nail to be the primary carer, because more time with the kid, means she gets paid.

Audit. lol, no. They'd probably say that's "financial abuse", invasion of her privacy, etc.

  10. Older women look like beef jerky and leather up-close.
All of that beauty at that age is through trick photography and magical lighting and a ton of makeup and foundation.

Their bones and foundation is crumbling and diminishing and weaking like an old wooden log cabin in the woods...constantly creeks and makes weird sounds and has patches.
All middle-aged and older and senior men...would like to get their way with a younger girl. -- whether they admit it or not.
