Day Trading to Multimillionairedom

So this guy can’t even be profitable in swing trading , so proceeds to say day trading is a scam to somehow justify he/she has failed in both day/swing trading?

Don Lapre is using the original, pre-social media, marketing skills that enabled these trading gurus to have a following, and thrive (think Timothy Sykes).

If he hadn't killed himself: "He died on October 2011, while in jail awaiting trial. The autopsy report stated that he died of blood loss after cutting his throat with a razor blade", Don Lapre would be selling trading courses, and be a YouTube Trading Star. He certainly had the salesman talent, which applied to 1-900 numbers, supplements, and yes, for sure, trading!!!

That depends on what you are day trading. I trade indices and there are no fees other than the spread. Day trading is tricky and not for everyone. As is any other profession. Most of what you read and / or see does not work. Successful day traders do not really talk about it. I know a couple. Many have developed their own style/tools and are comfortable in their ability to generate an income from the market. Like anything hard, it takes a while to develop an understanding of what to do. I have never met a neurosurgeon but that does not mean they do not exist. People that day trade are not common.

I am long 15640 on the DAX with a target of 15700 but it is looking weak. I will wait and see what happens or maybe I am just dumb

I took 15695 @5:34 Aus local time. Let us not be greedy

5:44 pushing a little sideways but we have had 12 bars inside the large drop on the 18th and currently sitting near the high of that. More upside?? Maybe but we shall wait and see what the market tells us. If it does go short, look for a level of 15610. Starting to turn now

 

Or people could be just lucky in this super bull market. I know everytime I click buy before sell I end up with huge profit
