True, but day-trading allows the beginner to learn at least 10 times faster. After all, how much can you learn if you only place a couple of trades a year (position trading), versus placing 250 trades a year (day-trading)?
You may be right. What percent of those who have a day trading plan would you think make the venture worthwhile? none? 1, 2, 5, 10%, 15%, 35%? What percent would you imagine make the cut?
These type threads are so silly. The naysayer crowd should just open a bar/restaurant and be done. But know, not even John Taffer can help 100% of the time.
John Taffer should ask customers to boycott any bar that charges $5 (or more) for a bottle of Bud (an outrageous 1 000% markup!).
Gosh, I could stand only 90 seconds of the vid. All that guys is doing is ripping off Ramsey's style. Just stupid.
Taffer does not negotiate (ongoing) food and beverage costs on behalf of an establishment. Further, I doubt Taffer gets involved in LOCAL price wars, particularly since his make-overs are geared specifically to a particular market/audience, and two, in many cases the make-overs elevate the experience/environment, all of which can mean higher markups are not a concern, at least not out of the gate.
