Spy and ES move fast. Orders are often executed before you see them. A 1 sec delay can be a long time in these instruments. If you want to trade, try to create tactics that take your latency into account.

Ok, I will. I got busy with my usual spread trading but I will try this kind of directional trading again tomorrow. This is stressful compared to options.
