I never said he was a Wall Street retiree. I said he was "career challenged". He quit to self-invest. He's a 39 year old Wharton grad and for the last 3 years is averaging 7 figures trading on his own. He quit because he knew he could make more money on his own and his quality of life got better in the process. He is an exception because he has the ability to think for himself. When I started trading I knew nothing and am self taught. It took me 7 years of inconsistency to learn to trade consistently but my background in problem solving furnished me the tools to succeed but it wan't an easy road.
'big short' in wall st is greedy. some make 1 billion a year. they should retire instead of being greedy; it's their greed that caused huge financial crisis. you shouldnot feel sorry for them because regardless they still have much more than all of us working in entire life time.
My point is the guy has been working at home since he started trading. The hedgefunds gave him money because he had his own strategies...They were never given to him. If there were some statements I missed you say about being a newbie and being able to daytrade to your wildest dreams then I could agree. Although like anything newbies turn into masters one day if they really learn about what they're doing... The webinar is free by the way too.
Your friend, the ex-hedge- fund trader is willing to teach for free? I am very surprised to hear that. From what I know everyone is trying to scam every newbie to the max by outrageous fees...and those lessons are not guaranteed you can profit from it. If one pays for Medical school; he/she can be a DR after graduate... can certainly make at least $100,000 per year as a DR. However, trading lessons offered on the net are mostly scaming newbies and naive investors. It never guaranteed anything and more than likely, 100%....... you still end up losing money even if you passed the class that they charged outrageous fees of $5000-10,000. I would never pay for these scams. If it's really true, your friend is teaching "everything" for free, and people can actually profit from it, I'd say he is a hero.
Now that is a naive statement. Many a med school graduate can't cut it as a doctor by failing their internship.
Well it's definetely free... You could follow along with his trades more than he's trying to teach you anything, but you'll learn something from him talking about his setups. It's more like he's a freak of nature when it comes to FX trading and he wants everyone to know. So eventually if you get tired of trying to follow him along for 12 or more hours a day... You can open an account. I've been introducing to the guy for years, but this the best use of a webinar I've seen in a long time. If you do have an account you can pop your head in and get your 5 W's answered by looking over his shoulder.
I don't know of anyone who can graduate from Medical school, yet can manage not to become a DR, unless he/she choses to go higher like a researcher or go into Law/MBA/Executives... You know one any loser who graduated from legit Medical school, ending up with no job & doing nothing? If you do, it's a news that should be reported.
Thank for telling me about that 'hero'-teacher. If you can, please send me his free webseminar link, I'd like to learn ...but I don't trade FX though. Does he teach anything else but FX? Thank you very much ...
Sent you a PM to the link. Click on it and fill out the few lines that pop up to make sure you always get the new link sent to you...Again...He's not a teacher. He's a true hard nose daytrader, and at present only trades FX. He doesn't answer questions during the webinar. The moderator will though. He runs it from 1:00 a.m. till 1:00 pm EST ...If you have anyother questions send me another PM
