Hi All, I am teaching English in Vietnam right now on a visa (I'm from the USA) and I didn't know if anybody has heard anything about retail day trading within Vietnam and if foreigners such as myself are allowed to trade like retail day traders do in the USA. Has anybody heard anything about the Vietnamese stock market and how much is needed to day trade? (If day trading is allowed for foreigners). I know down the road I want to visit and perhaps live in Hong Kong or Singapore, so I surmise those countries would be options for investing if Nam doesn't work out.
