Hi Guys, I am fairly new at trading and I live in the Miami area. I am trying to find Prop/Day Trading Firms in the area to learn more about trading.
If you want to learn about trading, you should trade. Are trading jobs any good? - Are the traders well paid, are they treated well, do they get a nice office, is it interesting work, are the employers really nice?
There are very few Prop firms left. Teaching is something they charge for, not offer for free and you will be expected to join as a member, put you money up as first loss (for 1 year) and they will require you to be registered and take the FINRA 57 exam. If I were starting out, and wanted training, I would not take this path. I would choose a mentoring program that offers similar training. I can refer you privately to one. Do their training then open your own margin account and start slowly.
