20 jul Asian session yesterday Russell 2000 up, es ym nq more or less range bound. yesterday Hangseng movement very jerky and sluggish. yesterday taiwan index went up signifiantly during Asian night time. something happened. don't know what happened. china A50 range bound. NQ up 833am. but I missed this signal. Nikkei also up around same time but I don't like trading Nikkei. longed taiwan index @857am. enter trade first, check why later. hmmm. wondering what is happening. there are tens of signals ! NQ up 836a sg tw up 857a copper gold down 924a NQ hangseng nikkei down 929a <<<< super star performer market is moving. so will skip all breaks, all exercises.
20 Jul Asian end of week session just added Chinese Renminbi from HKFE to my TO TRADE list volume not that fantastic. volume from SGX seems to be better and CME worst. CNH/USD has been going up since mid Jun. today CNH started to move at 915am. China A50 range bound. Hang seng, CNH appears to have found its comfort zone India Nifty - really sleeping. Wonder if it will wake up today. anyway I'd better go take a nap now.
20 jul Eur session gold and copper - already up crude oil HO, RB - trying to form open wedge formation? ok now CNH / USD. better consider trading through SGX. its volume is higher. CNH / USD volume through HKFE so so. CHH /USD volume through CME virtually zero. germany buxl - nice reversal signal @335pm after price hit the 179 resistance level
sigh ... I should have brought CNH / USD from HKFE out of my archive earlier. today many good signals : up @922am reverse down @1002am down @124pm (after lunch session) up @623pm (after regular trading hour session) I didn't trade CNH USD today. looking at its movement and trendiness, it is relatively easy to trade CNH USD. RR ratio could be as high as 6:1 but !! bid offer spread could be double horrible and triple terrible! quite typical for those low volume futures. now it seems to have close wedge formation? anyway trade war continues. so there should be lots of opportunities.
hmmm. which exchange shall I choose to trade CNH? SGX or HKFE ? CNH volume not that great, movement could be spiky sluggish jerky. anyway, in terms of price movement, don't see much difference trading CNH, heating oil, RB Gasoline.
23 jul Asian session last Fri hangseng and china A50 went up significantly due to whatever reason during late session. last Fri gold copper eur gbp went up, ZB and German buxl down due to whatever reason. Come Monday when market opens, will there be gaps? If market gaps, will gap be closed or will gap widen further or whatever? Will President Trump tweets later? No idea. just trade based on what is presented on the charts.
23 jun Eur session today Hangseng movement - very messy and untidy. NQ already went down during today Asian session eur gbp gold copper - already went up last Fri ZB - already went down last Fri germany and italy bonds - last Fri long red candle. DAX - last fri long red candle. crude oil HO RB - all sleeping. it will wake up but don't know when. USDCNH- ditto. hmmm. doesn't look good. anyway, better be alert. because continuation or reversal signal can come out of no where.
