how dxy move on 02-16-2012 helped with RISK ON trades set ups.

Lot of traders get caught in watching DXY etc.. tick for tick and get confused to say the least. Unless one is trading forex, all one need to be aware of the general direction of DXY.

 

market profile clues.

 

short 103.76. cover 103.40 +36. I am trading CLJ2 contract. Traders trading CLh2- difference between 2 contracts Support and resistance is 30 ticks.

CLJ2 need to clear 103.70 and then will look for longs on pull backs, otherwise short below 103.70 area.

 

long off 103.08. +24

 

03-17-2012 +26. Clues into Why 103 area is being supported for time being and why price is not breaking above 103.50 so far.

This is more important than Better Volume bar. If better Volume bar shows up at POC , even better.
