Psychology of entry and exit Entry and exit are two sides of the same coin. Trader need to wait for favorable condition to enter trade and exit when the conditions are unfavorable. Again favorable and unfavorable conditions are two sides of the same coin. If the trader has the clarity about what is favorable condition then it automatically implies that he has the clarity of what is unfavorable condition. When a trader thinks that he has a perfect entry rule and the exit is a dilemma, it means either he is not clear about his entry or he is not applying what he already knows.
