Is this what you had in mind IronFist?

These triangles are not showing my exact entry points though.

My first trade of the day, pre-market. Trading pre-market gives you a lot of time to make decisions as the market moves a lot slower.

    Hi All,

Great thread started by jjrvat. He suggests using a 240 WMA as a 'line in the sand' for deciding on longs or shorts. I've found the 100 WMA works really well for me. An old friend you might say.

Here are my 2 morning trades:

My trades for this morning.... nothing after this due to lack of good trends... after the fact, I realized that I probably should have used targets for exit rather than trailing stops.

    Cheers

Trend started down again after lunch so I started trading again... the pm was spread out too far for a good picture so here is part 1 of the pm trades.... part 2 in next post.

    cheers

    Today US afternoon.

I couldn’t resist posting this chart today.
Who can believe you can trade +/- 35 full ES points in less than 3 hours with a 1 min chart (Given the current conditions on the markets the usual “noisy” 1 min chart is efficient) …

Enjoy this real live textbook chart of how discipline and consistency pay off.

  9. ^ jjrvat, thanks very much for posting that chart.

    Also, check your PMs :D

Also, how are you entering on the candle that changes to red downslope? Isn't the earliest one can enter at the beginning of the candle after the confirmed trend change? edit - or are those arrows drawn on after the fact and don't represent entries (wondering because I don't see any up arrows for exits :D )

What settings are you using? I see at 20:11 the candles changed to blue but the slope of the fastMA didn't.
