Thank you jjrvat for starting this thread,

I love what you are doing and your method. Of course, we are all individuals and tweak we will. Hopefully, I have something positive to offer to the efforts put forth by you and others who post here. We are all learning and discovering; just the way it should be. Those of us here are on the leading edge of trading.

Below is my morning (2/8/08) chart of trading the NQ, comments welcome and appreciated.

  2. Hi Tomaz:

That's the reason I started coding in MT4 - so my friends could have free charting.

  3. In a previous post you said max stop is 7 pips. Yet you are just averaging 2 pips profit. You must have a very high win rate. anything under 80% is basically breakeven. No?

    Guys,

If you are looking for a free carting platfrom, ninja trader is one ofthe best. It is free for charting and demo trading. It is .net platfrom so you can code in c# should you need any custom development.

  6. Yes, a high win rate.

Making 2 pips should be simple.

The range of a 5 min candle is usually more than 2 pips.

Just a matter of buying low and selling high.

  8. Hey everybody, this is a great thread.

Can we please try to stay on topic.

I don't think anyone is intentionally trying to derail this thread but it's getting a little "noisy".

    Let's show jjrvat some respect.

    Thanks.

The jjrvat indicator should make this a "no brainer".

What's the jjrvat indicator? I don't see it here on the thread.

Also in one of his first posts here where he talks about the LT rainbow jjrvat says that "you use Horizontal and Vertical Grids to trade." Can you explain this?
