6 JUL US session russell 2000 the first futures which I day traded years ago. those who trade NQ ES might be gnashing their teeth
6 JUL great intercorrelation day these futures moved in great intercorrelation (with some or no time lag ) USD based copper, crude oil, gold, Natural gas and perhaps major currencies. index futures Russell 2000, ES dax, cac40, omxs30 bonds US bonds like ZB, bund, btp ... Such a market is a trader's dream. trader's nightmare? choppy, messy, chaotic, messy, erratic, jerky, spiky market
9 Jul Eur session yesterday it was a big moving day. so for this session, high chance it is going to be a difficult day to day trade; there will be fewer good signals with lots of land mines. what moved so far / what was trendy : Taiwan index futures
cont ... oops! I missed the ES and Russell 2000 signals. Luckily I caught the FCE signal. seems like USD based commodities, bonds, currencies wouldn't move much.
13 JUL DOOMS day trading Day #1 seems like it is the start of Doomsday trading # signals during early Asian session : only 1 from hangseng # signals during early Eur session : ?
20 Jul Eur session Eur index futures dax, fce, omx, mib, fesx, aex ... all moved in tandem. Russell 2000 also moved with these index futures. best for day trading is MIB - less choppy/twisty/messy/chaotic
21 Jul Asian session Asian index futures Simsci, taiwan index, China A50, hangseng, India Nifty all moved in tandem. copper also moved with these index futures. best for day trading are China A50 & India Nifty - less choppy/twisty/messy/chaotic
20 Jul US session many index futures went up. again, some went up nicely, some moved very messily. etc etc etc
23 Jul gold trading today is one of the rare days where gold is very trendy. down @933a up @220p down @421p (reward risk ratio 12 !!!!) up @829p ... open wedge formation? and the CNBC headline says Gold holds steady as lower bond yields negate pressure from firm dollar
