As usual, you and I are on the same page. For the life of me, I do not understand the republican rope-a-dope strategy. If they had attacked Obama relentlessly during the campagin as a socialist and radical, they would have been positioned to oppose his plans as the jaw-dropping descent into socialism they are. Now they sit there quietly while he calls them liars and race to the media to denounce the one republican who stood up for them.
