I have found a good hosting software called Virtual Dedicated Server (VDS) and for its partner sites: http://www.swsoft.com/en/partners/current/search?country=US&type_id=59 I have located lots of datacenters in the US where they are the desirable places to host your app because they are closest to the brokers.
