  1. Holy Guacamole, unbelievable the resources that a data center uses. 300,000k gallons a water a day, they need their own substation for electric, real estate has to be located where least likely for disruptions, fiber optics.

    Recently I was reading about dark hotels in Mahattan where rooms are leased for servers. Fascinating stuff.

    How'd you like tenants paying $1,000 - $1,400 for 30 sq ft per month.

    Comm office building average 20 - 40 watts per square ft, these data centers use 125 -150w per square ft.

    Energy usage demands are getting greater and greater.

    I had no idea, the internet required so many resources.
