Dark web hackers say they hold keys to 10,000 Robinhood accounts

    There are brokers who accept transfers to other bank account than the one from where the money came, and there are brokers who refuse that.
    Calling somebody retarded because he posted one of the two existing possibilities only confirms that @tsznecki is retarded. What @Nobert posted is correct, there are many broker that refuse to transfer to different accounts. I know personally three as I work(ed) with them.

    I also experienced that Tradestation has strict rules. I transfered money to my acount and later transfered money from a second account from me. The second transfer was refused by Tradestation because that account was on the name of myself and my wife. The first account was only on my name. The money came back, I transfered it to the bankaccount on my name and send it again. It was then accepted.

    Some brokers accept to transfer to another account but they want full proof that the second account is yours too. You have to give that proof and after approval the transfer can be done.

    Maybe they do. But RH accounts were hammered last week. Probably holding a lot of margin calls.
