the explanation basically says the hi/lo is a +/- 2-3 points kind of number and your situatino is inside that limit, so yes, it does sound like that is what happened.

unless we get a monster spike, i'm not touching anything to the short side.

 

I just had to get in. yesterday I was in a self denying mood or something and missed a good day.
