  2. That's right. Def just had 2,499 consecutive posts! Def is the voice of IB.
Def is the interface between the collective and the non-assimilated.
There can be only one ... [employee at IB] - Play theme: Who wants to def forever...

    $$$Mr.Def$$$ is HUGE!!! :D

Speaking as a member of management at IB, please believe that we are very aware of the problems we have been experiencing over the past 2-3 weeks, particularly those relating to connectivity.

I'll apologize for the problems our customers have experienced but I am sure everyone would prefer reliable connectivity to the apology.

We are working to identify the weaknesses and correct the situation, to provide a more fault tolerant environment. It is absolutely our highest and most urgent priority.

You get what you pay for.

If you want quality and reliable service have to pay up.

That's is absolute nonsense ! With due respect most of the time the operations that charge more have equal or worse reliability. IB's real problem is "surly" voices on the service side. All sound like kids who don't want to be disturbed.

    Nonsense?

An operation thas suppose to ge so great having connectivity problems for 2-3 weeks?

    Unacceptable by any means.

Your losing more $$$ on potential gains lost than on the saving from the low commish.

If you want better service than it will cost more.
This is not just related to brokers.
It applies to just about everything nowadays.

btw never heard of a higher priced being afflicted with connectivity that long.

I take it you drive a Geo rather than a BMW.

    hehe.

The service in last two weeks sucks but what i mean is every online broker will have problems from time to time and i believe IB has more accounts than most. Ib has to adjust their service and rates immediately.

By the way I only drive european cars at this time and have difficulty deciding which one of the four to drive each day.

    runs like a charm... :D

  10. You have chosen to enter the IB collective. Your existence is futile. Identity is futile. Your culture will be assimilated.
Inside the hive we are of one mind. We are IB. Resistance is futile.
