11:00 - wake up
11:15 - fitness, running
13:30 - breakfast / lunch and turn on computer. Watch the European markets, check news
14:00 - start execution software / check pre-market
15:30 - market opens
22:00 - market closes / after hours - (sometimes)
Spend the rest of the evening / night : free time
I live in The Netherlands !!
6:00am outa bed, feed cats, go for a walk
7:30am breakfast, shower/shave/etc
9:00am computer on, download US data (Pinnacle EoD)
9:30am place orders, move stops
10:00am work on systems/research/C++ coding etc
4:00pm do something physical - yard work, etc
6:00pm read/TV/normal life-type stuff

open -2 hours : wake up
open -1.75 hours : wake up
open -1.5 hours : wake up
open -1 hour : power on self-test
check Pepsi supply
check Tobacco supply
check ground coffee supply
verify computer, network
read the news
verify which numbers are to be released in the day

0430-0930 work real job
1000-get logged in to everything

7am-Wake up myself, girlfriend, and dog. Yes I skip the first 30 mins, and am the only prop trader in existence not trading opg's. Also feed dog.
7:10am-Turn on trading system and wait for money to come my way.
1pm-Update daily P&L chart, turn on spa, plan dinner.
I used to work right around the corner from you. An Internet company called Organic.com moved their office to Townsend
before they laid-off a *hit-load of people.

I just trade the e-minis though, so couldn't talk to the equities
5:30am- Deflate Heidi Klum blowup doll
6:00am- still deflating
6:15am-walk 8' from edge of bed to trading desk w/o jamming toes
6:30am-finishing last of catholic school boy prayers-and feeling guilty about it.
6:59am-taking the second trade of the day, trying to get back to break even
1:00pm-still blur, but market movement seems more apparent
1:01pm- begin crying...
