Jesus is the rightful King of the Jews and had every right to do what He did. He overturned tables that weren't supposed to be there.
Doing what you think/feel is morally right, and doing what you have a right-to-do, are totally distinct. Not the same thing.
Jesus wasn't arrested for overturning the tables, He didn't do anything wrong, but did what was right. It was a little bit like a Robinhood event. The rich were robbing the poor and Jesus stopped it! 15 So they came to Jerusalem. Then Jesus went into the temple and began to drive out those who bought and sold in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who sold doves. 16 And He would not allow anyone to carry wares through the temple. 17 Then He taught, saying to them, “Is it not written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations’? But you have made it a ‘den of thieves.’ ” Mark 11:15-17

Bye, I'm done with this crap. Hopefully someone else steps into the breach, but alas it will be to no avail.
